With effect from 01.05.2022, Andre Schwiontek has been appointed CEO of ThermalTec. The still young company has succeeded in winning an experienced manager for future tasks.
Andre Schwiontek has many years of experience in the field of glass and silicate fibers and has been active in this field for more than 25 years. Through his activities in recent years as a board member and CEO, he has an extensive network and is characterized by his expertise in corporate management. At ThermalTec, he wants to focus on resort sales and operations in the future. “The potential of our products combined with unique coatings and existing material expertise opens up far-reaching opportunities for strategic corporate development”, says Andre Schwiontek.
He will receive support in the management of ThermalTEC from Matthias Kroll, who will be responsible for development. The management trio is rounded off by Christian Eck with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Through the existing network and the existing financial background, ThermalTec wants to explore the market and expand the current portfolio. “Short-term inorganic growth through targeted transactions is within the realm of possibility,” according to a company spokesman.
On the basis of the orders already received and upcoming development projects, ThermalTec is more than optimistic about the future. Already at this point in time, further investments must be made in order to meet the high demand. A challenge that the new management trio will face with joy.
